When I was a little girl, I liked to snuggle up to Grandma "Noodles" Reynolds and hold her hand and I always squished together the skin on the back of her hands! Grandma's hands were soft but wrinkly and had some sun, and age spots as well.
Do you have that one woman that you look up to, and who you go to for advice, that one woman who you really trust? I have been privileged to have two women in my life that I looked up to who I could trust, women who taught me, loved me and mentored me, my mom and my grandma.
As Christmas is just a few days away I sit here and think about all the gifts I have received through my 45 years of life. I mean there was that great Barbie house and those awesome roller skates! My husband is also a great giver, Amazon has sent many boxes to my house this week alone, which I am sure will be awesome!
